Ciao! Brian and Lydia here. We're a husband and wife team that simply wants to make people's lives more fun. We've always been in love with quality espresso and gelato and wanted to bring the Italian cafe experince to our friends and neighbors of Utah. Instead of starting with a brick and mortar cafe, we custom built a cafe on wheels so that we could be in more places and events. Our gelato is freshly made locally with the finest ingredients, providing an indulgent and delightful experience for our customers. We take pride in our espresso, frozen hot chocolate, and Italian soda recipes that make people smile.
